In this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of your personal leadership style and its impact on others to lead more effectively in your organization. You will assess and reflect on the values and beliefs that support your authentic leadership style, and discover the power of personal passion, engagement and purpose to effectively manage yourself and others. By the end of this course, you will have developed self-awareness, understanding and personal leadership strategies to lead in a variety of contexts. This course uses a psychometric evaluation tool and an additional fee will be charged for this tool at time of enrolment.
